Jill Corey, nacida Norma Jean Speranza en 1935 en Avonmore, Pensilvania, fue una cantante estadounidense de estándares populares. Su carrera despegó a los 17 años cuando una grabación casera llamó la atención de Mitch Miller, director de artistas en Columbia Records, quien la invitó a Nueva York y organizó una audición que incluyó cobertura de Life Magazine. En cuestión de semanas, Corey se convirtió en la artista más joven en presentarse en el Copacabana y tuvo sus propios programas de radio.
A lo largo de los años 50, participó en programas de televisión como The Dave Garroway Show y Your Hit Parade, y protagonizó la película Senior Prom en 1958. Aunque recibió gran publicidad, su carrera no alcanzó el estrellato sostenido que muchos esperaban. Falleció en 2021 a los 85 años.
