Dete Meserve es una productora ejecutiva de cine y televisión y escritora estadounidense. Graduada en la Universidad de Illinois en Urbana-Champaign, ha desarrollado gran parte de su carrera profesional como ejecutiva en la productora Wind Dancer Films, participando en la realización de series infantiles y largometrajes. Su trayectoria literaria comenzó con la publicación de la novela Good Sam en 2014, obra centrada en la búsqueda de un benefactor anónimo que fue adaptada al cine en 2019.
