Tom Percival es un reconocido autor e ilustrador británico de libros infantiles, creador de la exitosa serie de álbumes ilustrados Big Bright Feelings, que incluye títulos como Ruby's Worry El abrigo de Ruby y Perfectly Norman. Además de escribir e ilustrar sus propias obras literarias, ha trabajado en la ilustración de portadas para diversas novelas juveniles y proyectos de otros autores.
