CROSSAN SARAH
Sarah Crossan nació en Londres el 4 de enero de 1981 y creció en Churchtown, Dublín. Estudió Filosofía y Literatura en la Universidad de Warwick, donde también obtuvo una maestría en Escritura Creativa. Se formó como profesora de inglés y teatro en la Universidad de Cambridge y ejerció la docencia antes de dedicarse por completo a la escritura. En 2010 recibió la beca Edward Albee y publicó su primera novela, The Weight of Water, en 2012. Entre sus obras más conocidas se encuentran Apple and Rain y One, con las que obtuvo premios internacionales. En 2018 fue designada Laureate na nÓg, el título de poeta laureada infantil de Irlanda, y en 2025 firmó un contrato de tres libros con Simon Schuster.
