Once there was a girl called Bess who hated being a princess...For while her brother can do anything they want, the princess is stuck inside the palace in her dress.

MEDDOUR WENDY
Wendy Meddour es una escritora, ilustradora y académica británica nacida en 1975. Se hizo conocida por su novela infantil A Hen in the Wardrobe, que fue premiada por promover el entendimiento intercultural. Su serie Wendy Quill, ilustrada por su hija Mina May, ha sido traducida a más de diez idiomas y celebrada por su humor y originalidad.
Además de escribir cuentos ilustrados como Lubna and Pebble y How the Library Not the Prince Saved Rapunzel, Meddour aborda temas sensibles con ternura y creatividad. Antes de dedicarse a la literatura infantil, fue profesora de Literatura Inglesa y Teoría Crítica en la Universidad de Oxford.
