Ingela P. Arrhenius es una ilustradora y diseñadora sueca nacida en Estocolmo. Estudió arte y comenzó su carrera en publicidad, pero desde los años 90 se ha dedicado principalmente a la ilustración infantil y al diseño de productos. Su estilo retro y colorido ha ganado reconocimiento internacional. Ha creado libros interactivos para bebés como ¿Dónde está el señor León? y Cucú-tras. Luna, además de estampados para juguetes, textiles y papelería. Vive en Estocolmo con su esposo y sus dos hijos.
