SPIRES ASHLEY
Ashley Spires nació en Tsawwassen, Columbia Británica, en 1977 o 1978. Estudió fotografía en la Emily Carr University of Art and Design, donde descubrió su interés por la ilustración, y posteriormente cursó un programa de posgrado en Sheridan College. Su primera publicación fue como ilustradora en 2004 para Lobster Press. Es creadora de la serie Binky the Space Cat y del libro The Most Magnificent Thing, publicado en 2014, que alcanzó gran difusión internacional. Vive en Saskatoon, Canadá, y continúa desarrollando proyectos de literatura infantil y juvenil.
