Mark Hancock es un líder sindical canadiense. Comenzó su carrera laboral en 1984 como trabajador municipal en la ciudad de Coquitlam, Columbia Británica, donde se integró al Sindicato Canadiense de Empleados Públicos CUPE . Desempeñó el cargo de presidente del Local 386 de CUPE durante doce años. En 2013 fue elegido presidente de CUPE en la provincia de Columbia Británica. Posteriormente, en octubre de 2015, fue electo presidente nacional de CUPE, la organización sindical más grande de Canadá, posición en la que ha sido reelecto en mandatos posteriores.
