Sophie Beer is an award-winning illustrator living in Brisbane. She loves creating bright, fun designs with generous helpings of narrative. Revelling in colour, shape and texture, she lives by one rule: art should never be boring. When she's not illustrating she can usually be found drinking tea, mooning over Joanna Newsom's lyrics and indulging in her other passion - literature.
