Joe Todd-Stanton es un autor e ilustrador británico de libros infantiles. Creció en Brighton y aprendió a dibujar gracias a su madre, quien también es ilustradora. Su trabajo se caracteriza por su estilo visual detallado y narraciones llenas de aventura y mitología. Ha publicado obras como El secreto de la roca negra, Arthur y la cuerda dorada, Marcy y el acertijo de la esfinge y Leo y la maldición de la Gorgona. En 2018, recibió el prestigioso premio Waterstones.
