Lenka Cibulková nació en la República Checa. Se formó en artes plásticas e ilustración, disciplina en la que ha desarrollado la mayor parte de su trayectoria profesional. Se ha desempeñado como ilustradora y creadora visual para la industria editorial, participando en la realización de libros infantiles, literatura juvenil y proyectos de diseño gráfico. A lo largo de su carrera ha colaborado con diversos sellos editoriales independientes y publicaciones culturales europeas en la creación de cubiertas, secuencias narrativas ilustradas y álbumes infantiles. Combina la producción de obra gráfica original con la docencia en talleres de arte y la participación en exposiciones colectivas.
