Soon separated from loved ones, as the Second World War rages around them Friedel and Gina are eventually taken to a Nazi prison camp - a place of danger and fear, where they must do everything they can to survive.

DRONFIELD JEREMY
Jeremy Dronfield es biógrafo, novelista e historiador británico especializado en relatos ambientados en la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Nació en 1965 y estudió arqueología antes de dedicarse a la escritura. Su estilo ha sido descrito por críticos como elegante, sensible y cercano a lo dickensiano. Es autor de varias novelas y obras de no ficción, entre ellas "El chico que siguió a su padre hasta Auschwitz", que alcanzó gran reconocimiento internacional por su rigor histórico y su capacidad narrativa.
