Guilherme Karsten is an illustrator and graphic designer from Brazil. He was a finalist in Brazil's Pr mio Jabuti literature prize, and a finalist in the Nami Island International Picture Book Illustration Concours.

Guilherme Karsten n. 29 de octubre de 1982 es un autor e ilustrador brasileño de literatura infantil, nacido y residente en Blumenau, Brasil. Estudió Publicidad y Diseño Gráfico, y desde entonces ha desarrollado una destacada carrera en el ámbito editorial, con libros publicados en América Latina, Europa y Asia. Su estilo se caracteriza por el humor, la creatividad visual y una estética vibrante que conecta con lectores de todas las edades. Ha recibido numerosos reconocimientos internacionales, como el Sello Cátedra 20 Unesco Brasil , menciones en el concurso Planeta Tangerina Portugal , y fue finalista en los premios Jabuti Brasil y Nami Island Corea . También ha sido seleccionado en la Bienal de Ilustración de Bratislava Eslovaquia y ganó el certamen Golden Pinwheel China .
